In a ChiSpace property you’ll never be left waiting long for your agent to get back to you. We have 24/7 communications with every household through our community WhatsApp groups. This means you’ll always be able to easily let us know about any maintenance problems and you can always access any support that you might need.

Our sister company Chi Space Property Services makes sure that you’ll also never wait long for repairs and maintenance. Emergency call-out is standard and we are committed to super-rapid response for all your needs.

In many of our shared houses you’ll enjoy all-inclusive billing, and even extra services such as cleaning, gardening and lawn mowing. You can also rest-assured that we’ll always prioritise social compatibility when we choose your housemates.

Who are our ChiSpace tenants?

We take pride in looking after our tenants here at ChiSpace and enjoy helping people to find their feet as they journey through our homes. ChiSpace tenants join us at many points in life from Chichester University students through to interns, and from young professionals and graduates, to people moving to Chichester for work placements and new starts.

Many of our tenants have been lucky enough to move through our properties as circumstances change and we also see tenants returning to Chichester and seeking us out again.

Many of our properties are ideally located to access Rolls Royce and Goodwood, as well as University of Chichester, St. Richards Hospital and the Chichester Festival Theatre. Here at ChiSpace we have decades of experience living in Chichester and the surrounding area and are well placed to advise on the best locations for your jobs and circumstances.
