CHISPACE INVENTORIES ARE FIT FOR PURPOSE

A professionally prepared inventory provides evidence of the condition of the property when the tenant moved in. It can record the absence of visible problems such as mould, damp, damage, deterioration and hazards, as well as documenting the general condition of the property and its fixtures and fittings. 

Should the condition of the property subsequently be questioned, your inventory and supporting photographs can help demonstrate what the property was actually like when the tenancy began.
